President
As President of S+S Industries, Greg is responsible for Sales and Operations. He began his career with the company at a young age, and through his dedicated work ethic and mentorship of George Andrews, Greg has an unparalleled knowledge of all aspects of the business. Greg’s focus on understanding the client’s needs and commitment to operational excellence has developed long-lasting relationships that have been instrumental to the growth of the company. He is most passionate about building the right team with a family environment which ultimately creates the culture of S+S Industries. Additionally, he is an active member of Petroleum Equipment & Services Association (PESA), American Petroleum Institute (API), Copper & Brass Service Centers Association, and Texas Association of Metal Finishers.
Executive Chairman
As Executive Chairman of S+S Industries, since 1985, George has been involved in the design and installation of the company’s plating processes, as well as working with customers in developing specialized electroplating applications for their unique requirements. He has been instrumental in the strategic growth of the company by creating a culture that listens to clients and then goes above and beyond to service their needs. His service nature has also led to the development of advanced technologies, corporate acquisitions, added value and services for our clients, as well as the continuous mentoring of the entire S+S Industries team. George has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and is a Certified Electro Finisher (CEF).
Vice President - Oil and Gas, Consumer Goods, and Automotive
Jeff joined the company in November of 2014 as the Sales/Operations Manager. His focus is on driving sales growth and creating operational excellence. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in Sales, Business Development and Management. His leadership skills help him guide diverse teams to achieve common goals, drive business development and innovate through strategic thinking. Jeff is relentless toward continuous improvement and doing his personal best to make S+S Industries better today than they were yesterday. He has been recognized with multiple awards for sales success, top performance, business retention, and delivering value to clients. Jeff received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and is an active member of Petroleum Equipment & Services Association (PESA) and American Petroleum Institute (API).
Plant Manager
Jose began his career at S&S Plating in 1984 as a Plater and his working knowledge has proven invaluable in helping the management team to develop new projects and processes. Jose was promoted to Plant Manager in 1998 and is responsible for directing the shift production, including managing the supervisors and workforce to produce quality and on-time products.
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Brady oversees the day to day operations of all S+S Industries facilities. He works closely with the sales staff to understand the needs of the client and then works to exceed customer expectations. Bottom line, Brady gets the job done. Brady, along with the great employees that work with him, carry a pride in the job that they do at S+S Industries which shows in the work they produce. Brady graduated from UT Austin in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He is currently the Treasurer of the Texas Association of Metal Finishers.
Director Electrical & PowerGen
As director, David drives S+S Industries’ operations in the electrical power distribution and power generation markets. He is also instrumental in furthering our commitment to value-added support for customers’ electrical products. David has an incredible 40 years’ experience in the metal distribution industry.
Director, Electrical & PowerGen
Born and raised in the Houston area, Ernest brings over 15 years of leadership and management experience in operations and manufacturing. Drawing on his extensive background, he currently oversees all manufacturing and fabrication processes for the Energy and PowerGen division, ensuring excellence and efficiency across the board.
Financial Controller
Nicole is a driven accounting professional with 15+ years’ experience as a Financial Controller.
Her role at S + S Industries is to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations. Nicole is a Michigan native and received her BBA in Accounting from Northwood University.
Assistant Business Manager
Imelda oversees the customer service team and works closely with the President to provide financial support and assist with the development of new projects and processes. Imelda’s efficiency, creativity, 10+ years of experience in customer service, and deep knowledge of customer relations have made her the President’s “right-hand woman” since 2018.
Director, People Operations
As Director, People Operations, Kimberly has been instrumental in conveying the ownership’s commitment to the employees of S+S Industries. Kimberly is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, as well as serving in the community through Epsilon Sigma Alpha and a 20 year Girl Scout Troop Leader.
Materials Manager
As Materials Manager, Carlos oversees S+S’ shipping and receiving and copper and aluminum products inventory. His industry experience spans 11 years and includes time in warehousing and production. Carlos enjoys spending quality time with his wife, four daughters, and two grandkids, and rooting for Houston’s sports teams.
Production Manager
Kevin oversees production and coordinates day-to-day activities to ensure all work is produced safely, cost-effectively, and on time to meet customer requirements and specifications. He is NACE certified and well-known on the Management Team for his uncompromising, albeit effective, “take no prisoners” mentality.
People Operations Sr. Coordinator
In her role as People Operations Sr. Coordinator, Melissa is responsible for ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. Her energy and commitment to employee satisfaction are invaluable assets to S+S, as is the fact that she is bilingual.
Procurement Specialist
Bianca is a dedicated Procurement Specialist at S+S Industries, where she has worked in multiple roles since 2005. Bianca’s work sourcing materials and negotiating contracts ensures quality and cost-effectiveness for S+S. She is passionate about continuous improvement, particularly in software utilization, which has significantly enhanced operational efficiency within the company.
Customer Support Specialist
With a keen eye for detail, Marivel ensures orders are written up, processed, and invoiced correctly to meet customers’ needs and their desired lead times. She also works closely with the receiving and production team to solve any product issues that arise.

With 30 years of experience in the oilfield industry, Terry is recognized for her extensive industry knowledge and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. She specializes in resolving complex challenges swiftly and efficiently, providing seamless support to field operations and service teams.
Customer Support Specialist
Alexis is a dedicated Customer Support Specialist with a passion for helping others, learning new things, and building connections with S+S customers. When she’s not assisting customers, Alexis enjoys spending quality time with her family and watching thriller movies.
Power & Electrical Customer Support Specialist
As a seasoned Customer Support Specialist with 17+ years of experience, Valerie is known for providing prompt, effective, and personalized support. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, firing up the grill, and cooking.
Shipping Clerk
As a Shipping Clerk, Eduardo handles all aspects of incoming and outgoing deliveries from our warehouse. With his strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail, he helps keep S+S distribution operations running smoothly.
Production Manager
Daniel handles numerous tasks at S+S, including overseeing the zinc departments, training and certifying our forklift operators, and training new hires. Daniel has been with S+S since 2013 and has originated several process improvements during his tenure. He is also bilingual and trained in CPR.
Lab Technician Supervisor
Martin joined S+S in 2013 as a machine operator before moving to the laboratory department. As Lab Technician Supervisor his responsibilities include controlling and analyzing chemicals, wastewater treatment, implementing safety protocols, and all-around problem-solving.
Quality Manager
Terry is a proud United States Navy Veteran whose previous experience includes working for Boeing NASA Systems on the International Space Station program and the Space Shuttle Return to Flight operations. In addition to membership of several API committees, Terry serves as Chairman for the API 20P committee. Terry’s commitment to quality is the driving force behind S+S Industries goal to meet increasing quality requirements.
Customer Quotation Specialist
With over 40 years of experience in customer service and accounting, Janette brings exceptional expertise and responsiveness to her role at S + S. As the primary point of contact for quotes and pricing, she ensures clients receive timely and accurate support. A South Houston native, Janette enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and cheering on the Astros with her husband..
Customer Support Specialist 2
Jennifer has been a dedicated Customer Support Specialist at S+S for over 7 years, consistently providing exceptional service to clients in the automotive and premium thread industries. Her in-depth product knowledge and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction ensure that client orders are handled efficiently and accurately, contributing to long-standing customer relationships.
Power & Electrical Order Manager
As a Power & Electrical Order Manager, Massiel works closely with both the Customer Service Team and Production Managers to make sure we meet power customers’ expectations. She has been with S+S for 10 years.
Cost Accountant
As Cost Accountant, Josh works closely with Operations to collect, analyze, and model data to help with efficiency improvements and develop true costs. Josh is an Ohio native who obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Cleveland State University.
Production Manager
Oscar oversees production of the silver department, ensuring high quality in all products and efficiency during the process. He has worked at S+S for 10 years. In his spare time he enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures.
Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager, Leo oversees day-to-day plating production for both shifts. He also works closely with the customer support and the shipping and receiving departments to ensure on-time deliveries. Leo has worked at S+S for nine years.
Customer Service Expeditor
With over 13 years of experience in customer service, Erika brings a deep commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. As our Customer Service Expeditor, she ensures smooth communication between departments and fast, effective resolutions for our clients. Her dedication and attention to detail help keep our service standards consistently high.
People Operations Coordinator
With over 13 years in Human Resources, Mayra is passionate about building connected teams and fostering a positive workplace culture. She focuses on aligning talent with opportunities to support both organizational success and employee growth. Outside of work, she values family, balance, and meaningful connections—principles that shape her leadership and everyday interactions.
Shipping & Receiving Lead
I started in 2008 as a General Laborer and quickly moved into Shipping and Receiving, where I’ve spent much of my career. Over the years, I’ve taken on increasing responsibility—streamlining receiving processes, coordinating outbound shipments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Now, as the Shipping and Receiving Lead, I manage logistics, train new staff, and support both internal teams and customers with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
Production Manager
As Production Manager, John is responsible for exceeding production targets, operational efficiency, and employee safety across all production lines. Unlike many production managers, John stays in contact with clients to ensure that our production meets their needs and overall requirements. He also excels at overcoming any challenges within production as they come up and has proven himself as an expert problem solver.
Quality Manager
Jonah is entrusted with implementing and executing inspections, testing, and evaluation of methods to ensure that products adhere closely to S+S standards and customers’ requirements. With over 25 years of experience in the oil industry, he’s highly knowledgeable in maintaining and assembling both offshore and service land equipment.
